Childbirth Classes
Exercise during pregnancy is not only safe, but it is extremely beneficial to both mom and baby. During this stage of motherhood, my goal is not to make an athlete out of you, but to educate you about your changing body, help prepare your body for birth, maintain or establish a fitness routine and help you set realistic expectations for what it can expect during this time. You will receive lots of preparation and guidance to help set you up for a strong postpartum recovery.

What can you expect? I coach strength-based prenatal fitness with an emphasis on core + floor connection, function, proper breath techniques, body alignment, birth preparation and long-term fitness goals.
Birth Doula Support
I help new and experienced moms rehab, retrain and return to their demands of daily life with confidence. I offer personalized postpartum coaching that takes into consideration any pelvic floor or core dysfunction, perineal tearing, breastfeeding, c-section, or other condition that may be affecting their postpartum recovery.

What can you expect? I coach rehab-based postpartum fitness that starts with core and pelvic floor recovery and retraining. It continues with a strength-based program that takes into account your exercise background, your fitness goals, any pelvic health considerations, and your parenting demands. My mission to is make sure you can build fitness into your life, even with a new baby at home.
Postpartum Doula Support
Outside of my specialized pregnancy and postpartum personal training, I also offer online personal training to women who are trying to conceive and women who are deep in the throes of motherhood. It doesn't matter where you on this journey- I have the skills and expertise to help you reach your goals regardless of how far out they may feel.

What can you expect? I coach a unique needs based approach with my general clients. I will first assess your needs for rehab and retraining if you have ever given birth. If you are TTC or have never given birth we will begin with a general fitness assessment to see where we should begin. All of my coaching is based on where you are and where you want to be.
Virtual Doula Support
I offer both online and hybrid coaching services. With online coaching you will get a customized program and access to all of my coaching tools. You have the option of following your personalized program with unlimited email and app access or choosing online group coaching with the same access PLUS weekly live Q&A group video calls.

Hybrid coaching is 100% personalized to your needs with as little or as much 1:1 support as you need. You still get your personalized program, app access, and email support but this time you get 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to fit your needs and your schedule. During our 1:1 sessions we can meet for nutrition support, exercise help, virtual training sessions, accountability check-ins, or a mixture of everything.

Regardless of which coaching option you choose, we will chat about what your goals are, the number of days you want to workout, how long you want to exercise as well as your equipment and abilities.
